As part of providing the service, we collect personal information, like an email, name, and IP address. We use the information to facilitate the provision of our service. We will also use the information, like an IP address, to validate the account and use automated spam, security detection, and similar services to maintain the integrity of our site and avoid misuse of the subscription.

During registration, the personal information is stored in the user profile. A user can see, edit, or delete their personal information (except the username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. Financial information is not saved on our site, and during a transaction, such information is transmitted to the payment service provider. We secure our website, but a data breach is possible.

Any personal information you provide, like an email, is not shared with marketing vendors, other newsletter service providers, or unrelated parties, even after you stop using the service.

During subscription and renewal, the payment information is sent online via a secure SSL encrypted connection to a third-party service provider, like Paypal, Stripe, and Google Pay. We use Stripe for credit card transactions and can use a different provider in the future. We do not retain such payment information. Also, since we do not offer recurring or automatic payments, the subscriber must re-enter the payment information at the time of renewal.

When you visit our login page, we may set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When you log in, we will give you an option to select "Remember Me." This is for your convenience. If you select the option, a cookie will be saved in your browser to assist you with login the next time.
